The Battle For Top Four

As time goes on, the premier league season gets closer and closer to an end. Manchester City and Liverpool are the only possible two teams that can win the league, but with neither of them playing each other for the rest of the season, the race is not the most interesting thing in the world. However, the race for the champions league, or the final third and fourth place is getting more and more interesting. Image result for champions league

 

With Manchester United, Spurs, Chelsea and Arsenal all eligible for top four and all of them losing to lower teams, the race is getting extremely interesting. Also, the top 6 still plays others in the top 6, so the final places are anybody’s to take.

Personally, I would love to see Manchester United to make it, along with spurs, but with United in sixth, the chances look to be unlikely. Nevertheless, it is still possible. All of the teams are in equally poor form, so it is crazy to watch all of these great teams scrambling to win against the twentieth placed teams when they should be competing to win the league.

But who will get top 4? with only a few  games left, it is hard to tell, but keep your eyes peeled. I know I will!

Jose Mourinho Should Be Sacked

Manchester United have had their worst start to a season ever. The fingers have mainly been pointed forward The star player Paul Pogba and the manager Jose Mourinho. Their relationship has become salty after Jose publicly criticized Pogba saying he is lazy and should be playing much better than he has. But according to his stats, Pogba has been the most influential player for the team. Jose is starting his third year with the team and yet to do what he was brought to do. Win the premier league.

     Fans have been criticizing Jose Mourinho’s slow and defensive style and want to bring in a new attacking minded manager to bring more excitement to the fans, and hopefully win the team a league title. Managers such as Thomas Tuchel and Zinedine Zidane are the favorites to take the managers spot.

     In many of the fans eyes and my own opinion, Zidane is the clear choice. #MouOUT became a trending hashtag followed by #Zidanein. Zidane would bring an attacking style, and after winning three champions league finals in four years, he is a proven winner, and will have top class players wanting to play for him due to his skill as a manager. Mourinho may have been one of the greatest managers 5 years ago, but his style is outdated and Manchester United need to get rid of him while there is still time to save the season.
